do NOT buy some random car from Staten Island. You can see the other side of the car between those bondo panels.

You people are so much better than I am at sussing the photos - still, isn't the engine worth at least 5 grand?

Didn't even notice ... not that I'm in the market. If I was looking for a BMW, a '76 2002 is the answer.

At such a low price, an old V12 BMW will literally be Pandora's box. Those engines are robust, but if anything goes wrong with them, prepare to gib many monies for repairs.

Valve job on 4-cylinder 2/3 less than valve job on 12-cylinder. Maths.

Mmmm, I'd want one swapped with an M60 4.0L V8. No VANOS, no problem.

But those V12s....I read some of the stuff in the Chilton manual...noooo thank you.

Yeah - many moving parts, and the 80s since I've done any work on a car ... BAD!
